The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 are getting their official debut on July 10 and despite all the rumors, there are still some missing pieces of the puzzle. Today’s Geekbench 6 listing, however, finally confirms what we suspected from the start.
A Geekbench 6 scoresheet shows a carrier-locked Galaxy Z Fold6 running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The device scored a bit lower than your average SD8 Gen 3-powered handset, but that could be due it being a pre-production sample. Some additional tuning is always required before being released out in the wild.
The scorecard also confirms the at least one memory option, which is the one tested here – 12GB RAM.
